Comfortable Home, stunning view of Svendborg Sound

This is a contemporary, beautiful house in a perfect location on a quiet neighborhood. Close to the center of Svendborg and shopping, the house is well-equipped for a nice holiday. Cozy, comfortable with a stunning view of Svendborg Sound and plenty of out door living space The space The magic of the sunlight in the summer and the view of the Svendborg Sound from the house is my favorite place. The cozy town offers all you need, from beaches, forests, bike paths, shopping, bars and restaurants, festivals, the harbor, sailing and in close vicinity of numerous sightseeing destinations. Guest access Guests will have access to the home, however this is mine and my children's home and our personal belongings will remain, we ask that the families be respectful.
