Nestled within Hollywood Hills in Studio City

This modern home is a cozy and tranquil retreat in the middle of one of LA's most exclusive neighborhoods. Wake up surrounded by nature, but with easy access to Equinox, Erewhon Market, Sportmans's Lodge, Sushi Row, and a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops along Ventura Boulevard. Explore the hikings trails in the neighborhood or take a short drive to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, CBC, and ABC. Beverly Hills and Downtown LA are easily accessible by ride share. The space This place is modern and comfortable. It has an open floor plan with large windows, encasing you in nature. You have full privacy and probably won't see anyone around. This place offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms is perfect for anyone that has kids. We offer a kid zone in the closet. Also note that we have wonderful wildlife around - such as squirrels, coyotes, owls, and raccoons. You'll occassionaly sleep to the sound of coyotes howling and owls hooting away. Please note that this is a family friendly place. If you are trying to party, have events, and make loud noise, please do not book! Guest access You can get around by Uber, Lyft, or other car services. If you have a car, you may park in the driveway or on the street (in front of our property). If you like to walk, it will take you about 15 minutes to get to one of the busiest streets (ie Ventura Blvd). Ventura Blvd is littered with restaurants, shops, and bars. If you like to hike, follow the street path (the street that the property is on) and it will take you to the top of the hill and see views of the valley (gorgeous sunsets in the evening). That same pathway will bring you back down (same way in is the same way out). Walking trail is hilly and approximately 1.6 miles long. Other things to note This property is in a fire hazard zone area so there is ABSOLUTLEY no smoking allowed! You will also notice that the driveway is steep and your cars are faced uphill. Although we are pet friendly, unfortunately there will be no pets allowed on the property. Please be mindful of our neighbors. NO loud music & NO events or parties are allowed! NO smoking inside or outside, this is a non smoking home! Absolutely no filming or photography allowed on this property!!! I only do a minimum of 2 nights. Registration Details HSR23-000948
