Every piece of wood in the home — from doors to furniture — is crafted from 150–200-year-old teak, adding warmth, elegance, and timeless appeal. The home features three luxurious bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and cosy interiors. The large living room offers a welcoming space for families and groups to unwind, while the six-seater dining table, made from ancient teak, invites you to gather and share meals. The modular kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances — induction plate, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, bun warmer, rice cooker, and full utensils and cutlery for 6–8 guests — ideal for self-cooking. Step onto two private outdoor decks surrounded by lush greenery — perfect for morning coffee, peaceful reading, or relaxing sunsets. Guest access Mirje’s Deck is easy to locate on G Maps, situated in Ruikar Colony — one of Kolhapur’s most well-known and peaceful localities, surrounded by greenery and just 3 km from the city entry when arriving from Mumbai, Pune, Solapur, or Belgaum. Guests have exclusive access to the entire first floor, including all three bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and two private outdoor decks — perfect for your morning meditation or evening tea. There’s roadside parking available, and if you prefer parking inside the premises, my father will gladly move his car to make space. We’re just minutes away from DYP Mall, Westside, Pantaloons, and popular restaurants like Sayaji, Pearl, Thalis, Dum, Tandoor, and Parakh. Being centrally located, all Swiggy and Zomato deliveries reach easily. As a foodie myself, I’m happy to suggest great local places based on your taste! Other things to note Dear Guests, We’d love for you to have a comfortable and memorable stay at Mirje’s Deck. To ensure everyone enjoys their time here, please follow these simple house rules: 1️⃣ Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability. 2️⃣ Parties and unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. 3️⃣ No smoking indoors. You may smoke only on the private outdoor decks. 4️⃣ Please avoid loud music after 10:30 PM to respect our neighbours and my elderly parents downstairs. 5️⃣ To conserve resources, bed linens and towels are changed every 2 days. 6️⃣ Housekeeping is done daily, unless you request otherwise. 7️⃣ Please switch off lights, geysers, and appliances when stepping out — let’s save electricity together. 8️⃣ Guests are requested to wash utensils after use. If you prefer, our maid can do this for ₹100/day (paid directly to her). 9️⃣ Laundry washing in the bathroom is not allowed. We can share contacts for nearby laundry services or a dhobi. 🔟 Please treat the house as your own. Any damages will be charged at actuals.
