Afonfa - Riverside Cottage - Sleeps 6

Located on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn, at the end of a private drive, Afonfa is the perfect cottage for families and groups. The semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep a total of six people. The ground floor of this fully refurbished cottage has a large kitchen diner, with comfortable lounge area with two sofas and flat screen TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The first floor family bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The space The cottage has underfloor heating on the ground floor with a cosy log burner for chilly nights with smart TV, wi-fi and speaker for streaming audio. There are radiators in all the bedrooms and in the bathroom and utility room. The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, midi size fridge and freezer and wine fridge. The dining area has a table which can seat up to nine people. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and one with a double bed. The third bedroom has a zip and link bed which is configured as a twin (two small singles). We are however happy to configure it as a king-size bed on request. This bedroom is ideal for children or people who don't require a lot of space. It has a wall-mounted TV connected to the wi-fi for streaming and gaming. The bathroom has a good sized bath for a soak with shower head attachment, along with a a separate shower cubicle with electric shower. There is a private seating area with dining table to the side of the cottage. The cottage sits in grounds that run alongside the Afon Twrch (River Twrch). Other things to note Access to the wider grounds and the riverbank are shared with the attached property (Rhydwen). Bedroom 3 will be configured with twin beds (2 x small singles) unless you have requested it to be a double prior to your arrival.
