Beautiful recently redecorated 3-bedroom Beach Villa. It is fully equipped with what you need to enjoy, relax and have a great vacation time. We are located in the Northeastern Coast in the municipality of Loiza, PR, with close proximity to outstanding Puerto Rico must see sites. Our river pool view apt has a private roof top area to enjoy the sun and the tropical breeze, enjoy views of El Yunque Rain Forest. Make memories with us on the Island of Enchantment in this truly tropical paradise. The space 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath penthouse unit with private rooftop terrace and river pool view. Guest access Once you pass the security main cate we have a key box available by the entrance door. After 4:00 pm you can arrive at any time. Access is by stairs. There is no elevator. The apartment has three assigned parking spaces at no additional cost. All pools can be used at no additional cost no matter what part of the complex you are staying at. Other things to note 1. The Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the facilities and VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 9. Please make sure that your number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names that are submitted. Once the names are sent to the Administration, changes or additions are not allowed. 2. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is still unstable. Power outages may occur during your stay. It usually restores itself in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but don't let this stop you from giving us a chance to host you. 3. For your stay we offer some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they become depleted during the stay. 4. The beach access gate opens at 8:00 am until it gets dark. 5. We offer laundry room use for all Stays. We don’t provide the laundry detergent. 6. The community fee covers the cost of the HOA bracelets to use the facilities.
