The apartment is quite spacious, airy, with high ceilings and a wonderful view, where you can have your meals facing the river or have a chat enjoying the wind on the balcony, swinging in a hammock. Want to enjoy a breeze, read a book or have a glass of wine in a more private setting? The back patio is perfect, with a quieter and more welcoming atmosphere. Guest access Our neighborhood is quite lively and bustling throughout the day due to the commerce and the market, with several facilities nearby: - Markets: Coração de Mãe Supermarket and Atacadão 25 de Março - Fair: Mercadão 2000 and Mercado do Peixe - Restaurants: Taberna (serves breakfast and dinner) and Churrascaria do Gaúcho. - Gas Station: Posto Santo Antônio. - Several nearby pharmacies - ATM and Lottery House - Stores: Andirá Artesanatos, Revendedora de Bebidas do Dedé During your stay We don't live in the house, but we will be available by phone for support, questions, information, and local suggestions. We are 100% available to answer questions before and during your stay. Don't hesitate to ask me even the "silliest" questions. Other things to note Our little house offers a beautiful view at sunrise and sunset. We strongly recommend that you enjoy breakfast on the balcony at dawn on some of your days, taking in the cool morning air. Our house is located in the heart of the largest fair in the western region of Pará, a bustling place with a certain level of noise and commotion in the vicinity. Long-term stays: We are happy to have guests who want to spend more time in our little house! - For guests who want a long-term stay, we have a tank for washing clothes manually and a rope to hang them. - The nearest laundry is 1 km away - We clean the house weekly or before a new guest arrives. - Bed linen and towels are provided every 7 days (at no additional cost). - The guest can request, at least 3 days in advance, the cleaning of their room for R$ 100, with a change of bed and bath linens included. - Guests can use the brooms and squeegees in the house to clean their room during their stay if they prefer, but they must be careful with the walls, furniture and floor of the room so as not to cause damage, which may be charged if it happens.
