This is a charming older home located in a central downtown neighborhood. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping and is also close to outdoor mountain activities. The home oozes with old world charm that resonates well with the spirit and history of Mount Shasta. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bathrooms downstairs ,and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The house boasts a modern central heating system, air conditioning, and a wood stove. There is a private fenced in backyard. Lots of fun! The space Our guests have access to the whole house. You will find there is plenty of space to stretch out and unwind. We have blazing fast internet so you can work from home and stream all you want! We have a new 55" smart TV and you can log in to your own Netflix, Apple, or Amazon accounts. The kitchen is capable of producing many gourmet meals.. It is well stocked with organic spices, organic cooking oils, and organic coffee pods Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and yard. There is parking on the street or in the alley behind the house. Other things to note The house is located close to an elementary school. During the school year, the street out front gets busy during morning drop off and afternoon pick up. The train tracks are somewhat close to the house and the train can be heard, as it can from almost everywhere in town. We use only all natural cleaning products. Trash pick up is Wednesday morning so please have your trash out by Tuesday night. Dogs up to 30 pounds with a limit of two are allowed. Smoking is allowed outside only. We provide enough wood to get you started on the wood stove. Please visit the hardware store or bring your own wood if you would like more. There are 3 forms of heat- mini splits upstairs, a wood stove, and central heat downstairs. There is air conditioning downstairs, and upstairs as well.
