The spacious property backs up into the waters edge of your private 50 foot seawall. An outdoor grill pavilion provides plenty of shade for a bbq, a fish fry or any outdoor gathering.The pier is equipped with a fish cleaning station for your catch. Sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guest with 4 full sized beds and 1 queen bed. You will have access to your own private covered outdoor grilling area with 3 picnic tables and access to fire pit ready for s’mores. Fish all day or night with plenty of lighting and fishing rod holder along lower and upper deck. 2 Kayaks are available ( 275 lb weight limit) at an additional $25 each for the length of your stay. Outdoor cameras facing pier and front of property are operational for the personal protection of our property while vacant. There is an Alexa within guest reach to use with Bluetooth speaker capability. Absolutely no indoor or outdoor pets. No indoor smoking please. Guest access Private property with full access to house, covered grilling area under the pavilion, and your own private double deck pier with boat dock. Please be mindful of neighboring residents with music and speakers. They have requested a 10 pm to 7am turn down of outside excess noise/music in accordance with the city ordinance. Other things to note Our home has stairs leading to the front and side door to gain entry to the home. One bedroom and one bathroom is downstairs with the other 2 bedrooms upstairs and the 2nd walk-in shower. There is additional stairs leading to the patio area and pier. This property may not be suitable for wheelchair access. There is absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. This includes the use of vaping, electronic cigarettes, cigars, tobacco cigarettes, marijuana or any illicit drugs or any evidence of paraphernalia left behind . By booking you agree to be charged a minimum of a $500 fee for the above violations. No refund will be issued. No pets at any time are allowed on the property. Evidence of a pet will be charged a minimum of $500. No refund will be issued if we become aware of your negligence of our property rental agreement. You and your guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund.
