Lovely studio with pool

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation, located in a place next to a wood, with a view of the pool. We will be happy to host you in our private studio within our property, with independent entrance. The studio is completely new. It is equipped with a beautiful kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven, and a built-in coffee maker (coffee beans); a beautiful bathroom with shower; a living room area with a very good quality sofa bed. The space The studio is cozy and well lit. It feels good, in a peaceful place. It is located both close to the city center (1 km) and close to the expressway (3 min by car) to discover the surroundings. The accommodation is also 6 km from the Gulf of Morbihan, and 10 min from the sea. Very well located place to discover this beautiful region of France!! Guest access Access to the swimming pool is possible by reservation, for an additional €10 per day (heated from mid-May to end of September). This amount will be payable in advance. The pool can be used from your arrival until your departure. It can be privatized from 5:30 p.m., and can be used until 10 p.m. Other things to note Possibility to rent one or two inflatable paddles (for €25 each per day). Also a 2-seater high-pressure inflatable kayak canoe can be offered for rent (for €25 per day). A security deposit will be requested prior to the use of this equipment.
