Welcome to Casa Lluvia, our home away from home in the beach village of San Felipe, Mexico. Located in San Felipe’s south beach exclusive development “La Hacienda”. We are located just south of town a 10-minute drive, we are about 5-minute walk to the beach. There are some beautiful waters in San Felipe, and there’s nothing more refreshing or exhilarating than a cooling swim on a hot day or a warm evening. Stunning beaches are plentiful in San Felipe. The space You want to have a wonderful holiday and we want that for you too. We believe that when you are here this is your home for however long you are staying and that you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy. Please note that the Pool is not heated and the 2 bedroom upstairs are connected. We have the best internet available which is starlink. In addition we have a electric car connection this is at additional cost and upon request due to the high electricity prices in the area. This is a comfortable, well-maintained home with character. The property is older and regularly maintained, but some areas may show normal wear and tear. It is not a newly renovated or luxury space, and minor imperfections may be present. The home is located in a desert environment, so occasional sightings of local wildlife or insects are possible. This is a natural part of the area, and we take reasonable steps to manage it. House Rules: To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, no parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. No live music or loud music at any time. This is a quiet property intended for respectful guests. Please review this description carefully to ensure the home is a good fit for your stay. Other things to note Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!
