Enjoy a break in our lovingly modern furnished accommodation (43 m²) overlooking the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Benshausen, suitable for nature lovers. An ideal starting point for many hikes & bike tours. It is only 15 km to the well-known winter sports center Oberhof am Rennsteig, year-round cross-country skiing in Skisport Halle Oberhof, tobogganing, bike park, golf climbing park, wellness in the H2O Therme, sea aquarium in Zella-Mehlis. The space Our modern apartment is a large bright friendly Living-dining area and sleeping area (without windows) with modern fully equipped kitchenette, cozy couch corner for chilling, double bed, all in 1 room and separate small bathroom with shower, as well as hallway with closets for storing clothes, and a covered balcony with outdoor furniture to relax. The skylights are equipped with sun protection pleated blinds. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor with a separate entrance for a relaxing stay. 1 free parking space is available at the house, more parking spaces are nearby. 2 bikes for rent on request. Grill on request. Pets of any kind (are strictly prohibited due to allergies) and entitle the host to terminate the stay immediately for a fee if the guest does not comply. If it is nevertheless determined after departure that the house rules have not been complied with, compensation will be charged in cooperation with Airbnb. We are happy to provide suggestions and information for excursions, sights and hikes for a relaxing stay. Other things to note Our vacation home is located in Zella-Mehlis, important: in the Benshausen district. not far from the A71 highway with the exits Oberhof and Suhl Zella-Mehlis. In Benshausen there is 1 x butcher, 1 x baker, 1 x Norma, 1 x teegut sales outlet. 1 pharmacy, 1 restaurant, 1x sportsmen's home as well as 1 heated outdoor pool. Excursion restaurant, Geisenhimmel Our state capital Erfurt, with many attractions which is about 60 km away and can be easily reached via the A71 highway. Our place is surrounded by a lot of forest near the Rennsteig, the Rupperg in Zella-Mehlis with a fabulous view, and of course on weekends with hospitality and the delicious Thuringian bratwurst😋. There are other beautiful mountains and excursion destinations which we will gladly explain to you on site.
