House on Kacza Góra - Kashubia

On a warm evening, you'll sit on a swing on the patio, looking at the sunset by the lake. You'll hold a cup of tea in your hand. At some point, you'll realize you don't care about the rest of the world! You'll finally relax. That's what this is about. The space The house is located in the village of Łapalice in the Kashubian Landscape Park. It stands at the top of Kacza Mountain surrounded by lakes and forests. The house on a slope consists of three floors. In the middle you enter, there is a spacious kitchen and living room with a fireplace. In the top there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. In the lower one there is an office, a bathroom, and an exit to the garden. The garden at the back of the house is the perfect place to eat. In the front there is a recreational area with swings, a basketball basket, a table tennis table, a large space for playing ball or volleyball. The entire area is fenced and closed. There is a beach 300m away. 100m further there is a stud farm, alpaca farm, mini ZOO and water bike rental. Connected lakes can be reached 40 km. There are many atmospheric eateries nearby, as well as a pool and sauna. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home (130 sqm), which includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (30 sqm), a fully equipped kitchen (18 sqm) and an office for work. Other things to note For winter, you'll need a four-wheel drive car.
