Contact re off peak 4 night stays. Blue Shore is situated by the beach in Millendreath and sleeps 5 (maximum 4 adults, defined as anyone over 16, at a time). It is 2 minutes to the beach, with wonderful views to the sea. Our villa is perfectly suited to a seaside family holiday, for couples or friends, for relaxing, hiking or visiting Cornish attractions. We offer off-season short breaks minimum 4 nights so please message to ask about dates as they may not be shown as available. The space The villa has been furnished in a contemporary style with hints of the seaside. It has a huge terrace for relaxing and soaking up the sun and fantastic views over the sea and valley. We are now doing some 4 night short breaks so please enquire. There are 40 steps up to the villa so please bear this in mind before booking. The living room comfortably seats 4 adults and there is plenty of space to fit a 5th small person. There is a large TV for the evenings with freesat and free wifi. There is a dining table and 5 chairs for eating in, and plenty of cupboard storage. Patio doors open from the Living/diner onto the terrace. The double bedroom has views out to sea and the smaller bedroom is furnished with bunk-beds and, for an extra child, a pull out trundle bed. The bunk beds are suitable for adults but please be aware that there is a ladder to climb and there is a weight limit of 130kg on each bunk. The kitchen has everything you will need for a holiday with washing up liquid, a washer dryer, fridge and freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle and all the pots and pans you will need. The bathroom is modern and has a bath with a shower over and also has hand wash and some toilet roll. Please ask if you want to know more about what we provide in the kitchen. Our ethos is to try and keep the cost down by giving guests the option of bringing their own bedlinen instead of paying for us to supply and wash our own. Bed linen can be hired at a small extra charge. We provide duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, tea towels, a bath mat and oven gloves at no cost. You will also need to bring your own bath towels. Electricity is through a card payment meter and we leave you some electricity on the meter free of charge on your arrival. Electricity cards from £5 can be purchased on site during the week from the beach cafe. The villa has electric heating in every room and double glazing for colder weather. At the time of writing there is a beach cafe and bar which also has some entertainment events during the summer. Have a look at The Beach Shack and Millendreath Beach Resort on social media for more details. You have 30 minutes on the top road to unload at the beginning of your stay and load at the end. You will then need to park in the main large car park, which is situated close by and purchase a weekly parking ticket at a cost of £20 in 2025 (check machine on site). A 20 minute walk takes you into Looe on the coastal path with Seaton 40 minutes in the other direction. Looe has an abundance of restaurants, takeaways and shops, trips to Looe island and beyond. There is a caravan park a mile away with a swimming pool, leisure complex and entertainment (closed in Winter) and we recommend you check whether these facilitates are open to non-residents. We want our guests to have the best time so if there are any issues we like you to tell us straight away so we can sort them out for you rather than you putting up with them and telling us afterwards.
