Welcome to Canyon Lake, Texas! Our lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the Canyon Lake Marina, Hill Country Yacht Club, and the Guadalupe River. The space With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home will comfortably fit up to 8 people. Our kitchen features an electric stove, full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker (coffee included,) and all cooking and dining utensils. A Living room with an HD TV, smart DVD player and a small selection of movies. 5g Wi-Fi all around the house. A spacious patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor BBQ pit. *Please note that we do have security cameras on the outside of the house. These are for your protection and you can be assured your privacy will be respected. The inside of the house does not have cameras.* Guest access Our home is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Canyon Lake Marina, where you can enjoy lake side lunches, or even rent out a boat for the day. Drive a little longer past the Marina and you'll run into the Guadalupe River, where you can rent tubes and have a relaxing float around a beautiful river full of scenery and a fun atmosphere. Schlitterbahn, World's #1 Water Park, is only 30 minutes away. We highly recommend this park as it's the perfect summer theme park for the family. Supermarket Brookshire Brothers Express is located just 8 minutes from the house.
