This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals. Other things to note HVAC system (furnace/central air) is controlled from the main house. Ceiling fan, space heater available in guest suite. Two windows can be opened for nice air flow. Owner happy to adjust for everyone’s comfort.
