In a village of 2000 inhabitants (Les Tuileries-de-Grandson), 5 minutes from the small town of Yverdon-les-Bains (30,000 inhabitants), 5 minutes from the highway exit. 30 stairs (outside) to get to the room but the reward is a beautiful view of the lake.
