Mud Creek Minner’ Hole Lake House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake home. The space This is a three bedroom two bath lake home in a quiet residential area with a private dock and excellent outdoor entertaining areas. Enjoy the view on the back covered deck as you sip on your morning coffee before taking a walk down to the dock to enjoy the water. Come in after a day outside to cozy up in the living room next to the wood burning fireplace. The Minner’ Hole Lake House will sleep 8 people. This home is located on Chickamauga Lake. Chickamauga Lake is known for its Tennessee beauty and excellent fishing. The depth of the lake is controlled by TVA. Mid to late October is historically the end of the season for keeping a boat at our dock, but local ramps will still allow you to to launch into deeper water. An elevation of 679 is the lowest water level that allows boat access to the dock. TVA publishes ‘lake levels’ for Chickamauga online. You will be two blocks from two public boat ramps, and about an eight minute drive to the popular Dayton Boat Dock where many fishing tournaments are held. Guest access This home is located on a quiet circle in small town Dayton, TN. You will be right on Chickamauga Lake, specifically in an area called Mud Creek, which is known as a great area for fishing. You are a few blocks away from a park with a playground for kids. If you choose to take a walk, you may be greeted by one of the friendly neighborhood dogs. Groceries and restaurants are all about a 12 minute drive away. The town of Dayton has a wonderful (and free) splash pad and large playground for kids, nice pickleball courts, and great hiking trails.
