Big House w' 3 Rooms at El Encanto

Spacious two story house located in the residential El Encanto which is located just 10 minutes from downtown. It is fully equipped and has three bedrooms (the first one with a king bed, the second one with a double bed and the third one with a double bunk bed downstairs and a single one upstairs). It also has a private terrace. The space El Encanto is located 3km from the parish so it is 10 minutes from downtown by car. Nearby you will find the supermarket "La Comer" so it is very comfortable if you had to do the shopping. The house is on two floors but downstairs you will find the kitchen, living room and first room right next to entrance so it is not necessary to use stairs to get to it. In this room you'll find a double bed. Outside the room, one side of the stay and stairs you will find a full bathroom. In the living room you will find a TV with cable service, next to the dining room next to the kitchen which is fully equipped and very spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic utensils in case you would like to cook during your stay and additional basic items such as salt, sugar, oil and coffee are left. Also at the bottom of the ground floor, when you open the cancellation you can reach the private courtyard of the house where there is a table in case you want to eat or have something outdoors and also a barbecue. The other two rooms are on the second floor. The second room is the largest, it has a king bed, full bathroom, cable TV, mini split and also has access to the private terrace of the house overlooking the green area and pool. On this terrace you will also find a bathtub but it is not available at the moment. The Jacuzzi mentioned in the amenities is the one in the common area of the residential area. In the third room you will find the bunkhouse that downstairs has a queen size bed and upstairs a single. Outside the third room there is a full bathroom. The residential complex has large green areas and do not worry about parking since you can stay in front of the house in its designated space and behind that place, on the circuit, you can stay another one. In addition to this, the residential complex has 24-hour security, so in addition to being a very quiet neighborhood, you will not find the chaos that exists in the center, it is very safe.
