"Welcome to our Beach House, located in the unique peaceful private beach community of Cove Point. You'll enjoy the tranquility and the beauty of living less than a 2 min walk to the sandy beach and just a few away from Solomon's Island, MD. Our home was just renovated and is ready for your family to enjoy, offering beach necessities (wagon, chairs, umbrella, & toys) and recreational equipment (bikes & kayaks). This will be your home away from home. This open, comfortable beach home sits on a grassy lot with plenty of room to play outdoors. There is a wraparound deck and screened in porch outback. Decorations all have a beach vacation feel. Enjoy an outdoor shower (located right on the deck) with hot and cold running water. Our home is kid and pet friendly. Highchair, baby gate, child proof knobs for the gas range and stove, dishes, utensils, and cups are provided. Dog food and water bowls along with pet waste collection bags in a kitchen cupboard. Looking for a family holiday retreat? In October we decorate for the Fall Season. Beginning right after Thanksgiving, we tastefully decorate the home inside and out with Christmas Decorations that include a full-sized Christmas Tree and outdoor lighting. There are many holiday events throughout October, November and December, you may even get lucky enough to catch Santa riding through the neighborhood on a Fire Truck! Neighbors and guest alike enjoy walking around the small community as well as biking. Place your little ones in the provided wagon for a stroll down the street. Neighbors are friendly, wave and say hi. Parking is only permitted in the gravel lot at the house. No street parking or parking at or near the beach. Need anything or assistance, please do not hesitate to call or text and we will respond immediately! Private Beach Community Getting around the community is a breeze. You can walk or use one of the bikes found in the backyard shed. (Bring your own helmets) Parking is only permitted in the gravel lot in front of our home. No parking on the street or grass areas. Three vehicles will fit into our lot. Uber is available, check out their app for more info. Please note trailers and/or unregistered vehicles of any kind are not permitted on our property. Also maintenance or mechanical work on vehicles is not permitted.
