We're close to everything around the Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma. 1 mile from Catfish Bay marina. 1 mile from Texoma Casino. Less than a mile from Chickasaw Pointe Golf Course. 7 bedrooms, with queen beds & 4 bathrooms. Spacious kitchen/dining area. Huge great room with 65" TV. Large patio with firepit with plenty of room to relax & unwind. Lots of space to park, play and chill. Our lakehouse has been in our family for over 4 decades. Bedrooms and bathrooms are small but perfectly functional. The large kitchen/dining and the huge great room are perfect for large gatherings. Large entertaining patio with firepit and a ton of seating. The house is on about 2 acres, so there's plenty of room to throw around a football or frisbee, toss some horseshoes, play fetch, or shoot some hoops. Plenty of extra space to park. Im always available via phone call or text. There's only a handful of houses in our addition. Lots of friendly folks who call our neighborhood home year round so please be courteous regarding late night noise. Lake Texoma is a quick 5 min drive. Docks, boat ramps and swimming available at Catfish Bay. Walk or bike around the neighborhood. Convenience store with tackle and bait is less than a mile from our neighborhood. Short 3 mile drive from Kingston. Lots of games and outdoor activities at the house. Unfortunately, the pond behind our property is not ours and cannot be used.
