As you stroll around, you will discover the life of our animals: our endearing donkeys, our generous egg-laying hens, our angora goats with magnificent fleeces, our rabbits and, of course, the fascinating activity of our bees. Children will have the opportunity to learn how to feed and care for them. Hiking trails will take you to discover the Tanargue Massif, the Brison Tower and breathtaking scenery. Along the way, you will be amazed by surprising fauna and flora, the Ardèche chestnut grove with changing colors, as well as the remains of the Gallo-Roman paths. To facilitate your excursions, we provide you with maps and hiking trails. During your walks, your senses will be awakened: let yourself be intoxicated by the aromas of aromatic and medicinal plants, taste raspberries and strawberries freshly picked in the gardens, and discover vegetables of ancient varieties grown using natural techniques. Here, no plowing, no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers: we favor methods that respect the earth, such as square gardens or vegetable clumps. Finally, Kevin will introduce you to artisanal jams and syrups, made with passion from the plants and vegetables he grows.
