Stone house with pool

Stone house of 110 m2 on 3 levels, ideal summer and winter, with a salt pool (8 m x 4 m x 1.50 m deep) and a wood stove to set the mood for your winter evenings. In the heart of a tourist area between Garrigue and Cévennes and close to the sea: 28 km from Alès (Cévennes), 30 km from Nîmes and 54 km from Montpellier or La Grande Motte (sea). Grocery store-cafe-restaurant in the village. Hiking trails, honey farm and organic winemaker nearby. Quiet neighborhood and quiet village. The space Ground floor: living room, kitchen and dining room / 1st floor: living room, 1 bedroom with double bed + toilet + access to small terrace / 2nd floor: bathroom and 2 bedrooms with their double beds. Wi-Fi, flat screen but no TV. Piano, ping pong table, petanque balls, board games, children's books, novels, comics, DVDs and movies on hard drive available. Homebook and tourist brochures available. Two outdoor accesses, front and back where the pool and its shelter are located. Flower boxes, herbs and vegetables available depending on the season. Request to water the garden especially in summer. Rainwater collectors, sorting and composting are preferred. Guest access Two driveways in front of and behind the house to park your car(s) (up to 3 cars possible, no garage). You will have access to the entire house + garden + private pool. This is our main residence, it is decorated to our taste and that is what gives it its charm. Other things to note For guests who will stay more than a week in the summer and if we are not present near the accommodation, a small pool cleaning will be necessary. Nothing complicated (instructions on site and contact if needed). Our cat lives in this house and doesn't go on vacation with us. He is a nice, sociable country cat (no litter) country cat (to a certain point like all animals) and who live a lot outside.
