Wake up and enjoy a warm cup of coffee cuddled up next to the fireplace or on our extended deck, and enjoy the spectacular forest views! Our home is perfect for all seasons and includes a community pool, tennis court, & complimentary shuttle that takes you anywhere in the Seven Springs resort! The space This 3 story unit located minutes from Seven Springs Mountain Resort is perfect for families, small groups, or even a couples getaway! Walk in to the main floor living/dining room area that offers a cozy fireplace that looks out to our private extended deck! Each room has seperate heating units for your personal preference! The dining area inside and out can comfortably seat 6 people for all of your entertaining needs! Relax and enjoy cooking a family meal in our kitchen equipped with all basic cookware and utensils. Not only is the main level great for entertaining, but our completely updated game room located in the lower level offers comfortable seating and an updated electric fireplace! Sleep comfortably in one of our two second level bedrooms, or our queen sleeper sofa located in the lower level game room. All living areas and bedrooms are fully equipped with Smart HDTV's so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows! (WIFI access included throughout home) Sparkling clean bathrooms are located on lower level and second level of home. Upstairs bathroom also includes Bluetooth speakers! (No bathroom on main level.) Enjoy all of the amenities of home including washer/dryer, equipped kitchen with basic cookware and utensils, dishwasher, and plenty of closet space! Guest access Guests have access to our entire home except for owners closets. Other things to note Park your car and let the complimentary shuttle take you wherever you want to go throughout the Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Resort offers many fun year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, 18 hole golf course, clay shooting, mountain biking, zip lining, horseback riding, spa & salon, fine dining, restaurants, bars and much more! Pellet stove fireplace is offered on main floor living room, providing clean, easy use! Cable TV is provided in the main living area and master bedroom. Please utilize your own login for streaming on any of our smart flat screen HDTV's! Home does not have central air conditioning, but is one of the few homes in Swiss Mountain that does provide mini split a/c unit in upstairs hallway which keeps the home very comfortable in the summer months! Please note the thermostats in rooms are for HEAT ONLY! You can turn on the mini split using the remote upstairs on the wall next to the closet. Please do not set the temperature lower than 69 degrees or it will freeze up. Guests have access to the Swiss Mountain community pool & tennis courts which is a short drive/walk from our home and is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
