Set on a sprawling 2,500 sq.m. lakefront property, The Lake House features five air-conditioned rooms spread across two cottages, thoughtfully designed to protect and preserve the delicate lakefront environment. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and the 12x6m private swimming pool with a separate kids’ pool. Other things to note Please note that Jai Lake House is located on Perumbalam Island, which is connected to the mainland only by ferry or motorboat. Our property is on an Island. By Boat. You can reach our property via state-run SWTD ferries from Poothotta Boat Jetty (Ernakulam side) or Panavally Boat Jetty (Alleppey side). Boats operate frequently to Perunbalam Island. Please take a ticket to Sasthankal and disembark at Sasthankal Jetty, which is located right next to the property. Arriving by Car: You may reach our property by road and ferry. Ferries operate from Panavally or Poothotta to Perumbalam starting at 5:00 AM, running approximately every 30 minutes, with the last ferry at 9:00 PM. (Please reconfirm ferry timings with us prior to travel.) The ferry can transport cars and minivans and operates regularly between Panavally / Poothotta Jetty (mainland) and Perumbalam Island.
