Our Guest Room is modest-cozy. Great space for travelers or students. My grandfather build this home for his beloved as a dorm for local students. In it's good days it hosted a good number of University of Puerto Rico ladies. We are two blocks from the urban train's Universidad Station. Steps from a popular Latin food restaurant and two blocks from a local restaurant for breakfast. Close to night life and from downtown Rio Piedras. About 20 minutes from San Juan and nearest beaches. The space The Guest Room is modest and benefits from private entrance at any time and a great relaxing space. Room has fans and good lighting. Parking is at the street with private lighting. If you are looking to tour the area, and get some sun in the day, this is the perfect place to relax and end your day. This place is also suitable for students, as there are major schools within walking distance. We are also close to the "Rio Piedras" and "Universidad" train station. Guest access If you are a student: you have easy access to the following schools: Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, Politécnica, Universidad de Puerto Rico, Interamerican University of PR Cupey Campus. This room also has a printer for your personal use. During your stay Hosts are available to help you when needed. But, we are ok if you want to discover town on your own. Host travels often and will leave a co-host when needed. Other things to note Easy access to the urban train which reaches parts of San Juan through Bayamón. Close to nightlife in Rio Piedras and San Juan. Uber accessible. Close to Rio Piedras food market, restaurants and sightseeing. We are 45 minutes away from El Yunque Rain Forest and the east coast. No smoking or vaping please.
