I am confident that you'll love my beautiful, cozy, one bedroom home in quiet, residential Massapequa, NY. This home comfortably sleeps four people. I take pride in delivering a clean and affordable accommodation that will feel like your home away from home. The home is a two-floor ranch-style space. Upon entry, you will be met with two completely private entrances for two separate residences. The main level is the rental space that is locked by a code lock system. You will not be sharing this space with anyone. The lower level is occupied by myself and my family member. As you enter the space, you will walk into a comfortable and cozy den with a large chaise sofa and large flat screen television for your entertainment. Adjacent to the den is a open concept style floor plan with a spacious living room, a four person dining area and a full featured kitchen with modern appliances. There is also one bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet outfitted toilet. Natural light illuminates the entire home via its numerous windows while soft night light is available via the home's ubiquitous recessed lights, track lighting and lamps. You'll have control over the baseboard heat and there is air-conditioning available in the living room area and bedroom. Super-fast wifi covers the entire space. Feel free to park in the multi-car driveway or on the safe, suburban street. The neighborhood is very residential and neighbors quiet and friendly. Parks Grocery stores Shopping Centers Mall Restaurants I recommend using a rental car to get around locally, but the Long Island RailRoad station is less than a mile away and can get you to the heart of Manhattan in about an hour. -PLEASE NOTE: There are TWO floors to this residence. You will occupy the main floor and will NOT share the space with anyone. The lower level is occupied by myself and/or my family member but most evenings, we are not home. -Two rooms and a closet on the main floor are LOCKED with code locks. The rental is priced for only ONE BEDROOM & ONE BATHROOM. -There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 1-2 additional guests. -There is an air mattress available that can sleep 1-2 additional guests. -There is a Pack n' Play available UPON REQUEST to sleep a baby/toddler.
