There is additional on-street parking on the corner of the intersection. The house is a charming historic home remodeled into a duplex. There is a shared front patio to relax and unwind after a busy day. Home is fully stocked for all amenities needed for a long term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking basics. Pots, pans, utensils, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, snacks, and all cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer for this unit is located in the basement and is solely for this unit and is stocked with laundry detergent. PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom features a tub/shower combination with the shower head activated by pulling down the ring at the end of the tub spout. Bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Keep in mind that this is a duplex and you will share a wall and have a neighbor next door to your private apartment.
