Sunny Cheltenham Beach

This sun drenched self contained apartment is attached to our family home. The upstairs living space has views out to Rangitoto Island across the Waitemata Harbour. The downstairs ensuite bedroom looks out over the garden and patio to the swimming pool, which you are welcome to use (it gets a little cold over winter). The kitchen is self sufficient with a fridge freezer, microwave and a traditional electric oven. Crockery and cutlery is on hand along with tea, coffee, hot chocolate supplies. Guest access Swimming pool is available to guests (it might be a bit cold in winter) as is the herb garden and fruit trees while in season. Also a kayak for exploring the beautiful Cheltenham beach!
