Rental unit in Rome

My elegant loft is located in Monteverde, very close to tram 8 to the historic center. It is perfect as a B&B near the San Camillo hospital in Rome. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and consists of elegant, colorful 1930s villas. A short distance away is the large and famous market of San Giovanni di Dio. I have equipped the house with all the amenities: air conditioning to cool you down, WiFi to stay connected, a giant TV to relax in the evening! You will find sheets and essentials! The space PLEASE NOTE: The €50 Staff Service Fee is not included in the total price you pay on Airbnb. It will be paid at check-in to my co-host who will take care of preparing everything for your stay and welcoming you to the apartment. Check-in time ends at 9:00 p.m. After this time, it will only be possible to check in by paying an extra €25 to the person who will be waiting for you at night at the apartment. The apartment is 50 square meters. There is a large double bed, a small and bright kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and a small balcony. It is renovated and tastefully furnished (I hope :D!). The house is equipped with a giant TV, fast internet, air conditioning, and heating. In the neighborhood you will find many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and delicious ice cream parlors! In the house, you will find basic household products (soaps, detergents, salt, oil), sheets, and towels. Guest access As my guests, you will have exclusive access to the apartment. On the day of arrival, you will receive the keys from my co-host and you will be completely independent! Plus...
