Updated 120 year old farmhouse in rustic southern Stafford county scenic views of horse pastures and barn from a over sized covered deck yet walking distance to a grocery stores and restaurants. Only four miles from I-95 (Exit 133) and five minutes from Fredericksburg, 10 minutes from Mary Washington University, and 25 minutes from Quantico MCB. Lake Mooney park and boat ramp is within 2 miles! We are only open up for few weeks at a time if you need a longer stay please let us know The space You have the house to yourself with master bedroom (queen bed), common room, kitchen, full bath, dining room (with daybed and rollaway bed), deck and laundry facilities on ground floor of house. The upstairs has two bedrooms (queen and full bed) and half bath. Parking for two cars or truck with trailer . Guest access You have the house to yourself including the dining room, laundry facilities, gas grill with side burner, cover deck and USB phone charging plugs in the bedroom and kitchen. Other things to note The adjoining pasture and woods are usually availible for hikes, just ask. But no motorized vehicles. Sorry no dishwasher in the kitchen is in hundred-year-old house so it's a small kitchen
