Located 7 km from the pretty village of Quingey on the banks of the Loue with all these amenities as well as 18 km from the city of Besançon. Come and discover our beautiful walks along the Loue, visit our pretty city of Besançon, or our Jura wineries... Between walks, gastronomy and others you will not be bored at the Cocon. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! The space This furnished F2 triplex will bring you all the comforts. Sleeps 4, 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed Fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, kettle, First day essentials: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, 2 coffee capsules Living room, sofa, TV, TNT, Wi-Fi Bathroom, hair dryer Toilet Towels and kitchen linens are provided as well as the bed made on your arrival please specify if you need the second bed or not Guest access The apartment is located next to our house, I am usually there to welcome you, if I am unavailable I will call you to give you all the instructions for your arrival. A parking space is available in front of our house. Other things to note The heating is a pellet stove, 1 bag of pellets is provided upon arrival, any additional bag 5 euros to be paid upon departure. The apartment is on 3 floors (Triplex) with fairly steep stairs, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. THE APARTMENT IS NON-SMOKING
