For children, there is a playground, a slide for riding on tubes. Each cottage has its own area for leisure, parking, swing. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is by 12pm. The space Filina Gora is a complex of modern cottages with a sauna in each. There are 6 cottages in total, including 3 cottages with 1 bedroom. We are located on the outskirts of Lahdenpohja, surrounded by a century-old spruce forest, a lake within a 10-minute walk. Boat rental. It is forbidden to use motors, the lake is potable. You can swim from the pier, there is a ladder for descent/ascent or, after driving 1.5 km, on a public beach, there is a sandy entrance. The nearest store is 2 km away, a large supermarket (Pyaterochka, Magnit), market, pharmacy - 4 km away. Year-round access, roads are cleaned in winter. The area of the cottage is 36 sq. m., plus 15 sq. m. terrace. The bedroom has a wide double bed of 160 cm, shelves and hooks for clothes. For babies on request: crib, high chair, baby bath. The kitchen-living room has a sofa bed, dining table, TV, satellite TV. In the kitchen: gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, cookware and tableware. Bathroom: toilet combined with shower and sauna. Hair dryer. Washing machine, iron. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, including children, including small ones. The playground and slide for the little ones are shared by all our guests. Other things to note Good reception of MTS and Megafon, they also have 3G internet. There is Wi-Fi on the property - the speed is low, suitable for messengers, social networks, viewing mail, NOT for downloading movies and video conferences. You can bring a small dog (up to 12 kg) for an extra fee of 1000 rubles for the entire stay. Approval is required. Medium and large dogs, cats are not allowed. Maximum 1 dog. We do not welcome noisy events. No noise after 10pm. Loud music on the premises is prohibited at any time of the day. It is forbidden to smoke in the cottage, including hookah, and to walk in outdoor shoes in the cottage. Fire can only be made in the brazier. Garbage must be thrown strictly into the trash can (each cottage has its own trash can). The sauna is electric, you can use it at any time, free of charge. We provide free of charge: bed linen and bath towels, barbecue and skewers, in summer a hammock. There are four cottages with 1 bedroom on the territory, check-in is in any of the four, all cottages are the same, all have a beautiful view from the windows.
