You will be Contacted with the access instructions 1-2 days prior to your visit. We provide video instructions for obtaining the Gate Key and a drive-along video to the property. Only 1 mile from the Entrance to Heron Lake! 45 minutes to Abiquiu! 55 minutes to Pagosa Springs! 17 Miles to Chama This is a very quiet neighborhood, with a few full-time residents. Please respect all the rules, including speed limits. Please lock the main gate upon departure and arrival during your stay. Return all keys to their original locations upon depoarture. Our neighborhood does not have paved roads it has maintained dirt roads. They do get plowed in a heavy snow but not always right away so please make sure you watch the weather and make sure you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle to access the subdivision. We have security cameras on the outside of the property to monitor for safety. Cameras are located in several rooms in the house facing OUTSIDE to monitor for weather and other issues. you CAN unplug these upon arrival for your privacy- they are all easily located and obvious. Internet is not good in this area. Although we have it, streaming is not great so there are several DVD players and many DVD movies for your enjoyment in each bedroom and in both living areas.
