Get your Nantucket vibes in Casa Blanca, an exquisitely styled New England beach front home, bought and refurbished during lockdown. This stunning property is deceptively large and sits discreetly on the Camber Foreshore. It has been sympathetically and cleverly styled to create the most wonderful space for guests to enjoy the best of both the house and the landscape. The space Sleeping 10 guests in four bedrooms, and the possibility of another two in the reading room on a sofa bed, it is the perfect home to celebrate or gather with friends and family for a truly memorable escape. Arriving at property you enter into a roomy hallway, sit down kick off your shoes, hang up your coat and let the stress of life melt away. If you want to cook up a storm, you won’t be disappointed – the large open plan kitchen boasts a Range Master oven with 2 ovens, separate grill with an 6 ring induction hob including induction griddle plate; a microwave; two Bosch dishwashers; a large double Samsung fridge freezer with ice machine and a separate wine fridge. A nutribullet, bakeware, but more importantly for those coffee lovers a Nespresso coffee machine you won’t be needing to go anywhere for coffee (you won’t be wanting to go anywhere). A bespoke 3 metre oak table, that seats 12 invites long lazy lunches or decadent dinners. If the cocktail hour takes hold, there is a plethora of options from the Honesty Bar – cocktail shakers and martini glasses glint in the sunlight waiting to be shaken and stirred, all we ask is you top it up when you leave! The bifold doors allow the outside in. Moving into the sitting room, the soft muted tones with large corner sofa and natural planters is the perfect place to while away the hours staring out to sea. There is a 75″ smart TV, together with all the apps, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc if you feel the need for some downtime, if you can drag yourself away from the view. Sonos provides the sound throughout the ground floor. There is also a downstairs shower room / wc for your convienence. Casa Blanca is an all year round property – with its large conservatory with hot tub overlooking the beach (it is serviced and water changed every week). To the rear of the room is a pool table and darts board for extra entertainment. There is access into the garage which has been converted into a small gym (at your own risk) and has a table tennis table permanently set up. Two paddle boards are available for your enjoyment. Taking yourself upstairs you will find four bedrooms and a reading room, two ensuite walk-in shower rooms and a large family bathroom. The master bedrooms and reading room all enjoy access onto the upper terrace – an amazing place to sit and watch the kitesurfers fly by. The rear double, with a four poster King bed with built in cupboards and dressing table, is next to the sizeable family bathroom with walk in shower, a large oval bath with hand shower, and double basin vanity unit. A haven for kids, with its four cabin beds (all 3ft wide) is the fourth massive bedroom, each bed comes with their own lights and USB plugs. You will also find a 42″ smart TV to keep the little (& big ones) entertained and a three seater sofa to chill. For the little ones, the house is equipped with a baby monitor, stair gate, high chair, bottle steriliser & travel cot. The reading room is a small beach front room, where you can sit for hours and indulge in a chapter or two – the sofa turns into a sofa bed and whilst the most amazing spot to wake up is not promoted as a bedroom but as an add on if you want a guest for an odd night or two. Outdoor living is just as stylish as the inside; with a dining area (with the same table as the dining room), a built-in BBQ and Pizza oven you can enjoy eating alfresco whilst enjoying the breath taking and ever changing scenery or collapse in the comfy sofas, hammock or loungers. Every inch of Casa Blanca has been thoughtfully styled. Given the wealth of activities both on and off the water you may never want to leave! We also welcome up to two dogs to the property - it is £35 for the stay. You can add these at the time of booking. Other things to note This property is managed by Camber Holiday Cottages.
