THE BACKYARD We spared no expense in making the outdoor living space a true paradise, with the perfect vibe for everyone in your group. You will enjoy the beautiful white marble patio with a 30 foot pool, completely resurfaced in brand new condition. There is ample seating for everyone in the shaded and sunny areas, a 70inch outdoor TV, and a BBQ area. There is a large grassy area for games and kids to play. The backyard has been made complete with a tropical mural painted across the entire back of the house by one of South Florida's most talented young artists and a beautiful outdoor shower. THE HOUSE When you enter, you will feel relaxed & at home with the beautiful modern, beachy design. The home is 2k sq ft with plenty of room for everyone. Enter with a smart lock and never worry about losing the keys. Enjoy a 70 inch smart TV and the strongest WiFi available to support your devices. The house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 1 (master) - 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, 70inch TV Bedroom 2 - Bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom, a twin on the top, and a pull out twin trundle bed underneath Full bathroom with tub between bedroom 2 and 3 Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom, a twin on the top, and a pull out twin trundle bed underneath Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds, separate entrances to carport and to pool, laundry room with washer and dryer off this bedroom, 40 inch TV The home is stocked with supplies; dishes, cookware, glasses, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, shower essentials, cleaning products, laundry and dish soap, toilet paper etc. THE LOCATION Avocado Beach House is located in a quiet neighborhood called Lake Osborne Estates. Lake Osborne sits in the middle of the neighborhood, just a quarter mile from the house. Beautiful walking trails and parks surround the lake. The house is just 3 miles from the beach, a 10 minute drive to Lake Worth Beach. Downtown Lake Worth has cute restaurants and bars not far from the beach. The house is just 15 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach and Clematis street, and 15 minutes from downtown Delray Beach and Atlantic Ave. The house is 15 minutes from Palm Beach airport, 40 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport, and an hour from Miami airport. The home is less than a mile from the main highway, I-95, for easy travel. Guest access Your group will have the entire property to yourselves. There is a smart lock on the door for easy, keyless access for everyone in your group. Other things to note Parking - guests will have driveway parking for 3 card and 2 additional cars can park in the swale area. Bugs - Florida bugs are no joke! We pay for a monthly service through Orkin, so if you see any bugs inside that are not dead or dying, please take a photo or video and send to the host immediately and we will send out our Orkin guy. Pool Cleaning - the pool is cleaned twice a week. You can expect the pool guy every Tuesday & Friday. No Smoking inside - There will be a $500 smoking fee if smoking of any kind occurs inside the home. Stained/Damaged Linens - There will be a $50 linen fee applied per set if any sheets or towels have to be thrown out if smells, stains or rips cannot be removed/fixed.
