This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath located in Quinton Commons Development. It's a very spacious open floor plan house. Perfect to accommodate 4 guests. We will be available for any questions/concerns via text, email or AirBNB messaging. Located in a private development; 5 minutes from Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Chick Fil A, Taco Bell, Lowe's, Zaxby's, etc. 15 minutes from USC, 15 minutes from Lake Murray Overlook, 15 minutes from Downtown Columbia Driving anywhere in Columbia is super easy! You will have access to the entire house: master bedroom and bathroom, guest bedroom and bathroom, living room, laundry room, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, backyard, and front yard with driveway. Fridge will be stocked with food; Keurig coffee is available as well. We have a TV with Roku set up to it and access to Netflix. There is also an HDMI cable that you can hook up to your laptop. We own a small cat, but it will not be on premises for your booking.
