Cozy House

Welcome to Casa Cozy! Whether you are a couple, family of four, or traveling solo, our space is fully equipped to host you while exploring the beautiful Wilmington area. We are tucked in a cozy, quiet neighborhood close to UNCW and Wrightsville Beach. Casa Cozy is attached to our house, but has it own private entrance in the backyard so you don't have to come through the main house. Feel free to sit out on the back deck and enjoy the pleasant southern evenings!! The space When you enter the home there is a living room, dinning area, and fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate bedroom that includes a full bathroom. A futon in the living room converts to a bed if needed. There is a spacious backyard and a deck that you are welcome to enjoy as well! Other things to note This property is in the back of our house, so our kiddos are often in the back yard playing or jumping on the trampoline. They are very respectful but please know even though Casa Cozy has its own entrance, you will be sharing a backyard with us.
