This recently renovated two bedrooms one bath cottage with private parking for two cars was built in the 1930's and moved to its current location in Eastside Costa Mesa from Orange, California. It is very cozy and the decor reflects vintage California. It's close to everything: freeway access as well as fabulous beaches, hiking trails, many great restaurants and lots of shopping...If you prefer you can just relax in the front yard with a glass of wine. Quiet neighborhood and great vibes! The space We clean and sanitize the whole cottage before your stay. We thoroughly disinfect all the surfaces following the guidelines given to us by Airbnb. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood in eastside Costa Mesa. Ideally located near access to freeways, John Wayne Airport and many attractions nearby. Like most older houses in the area, there is no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in every room that keep the house cool with a nice ocean breeze that flows through the house's many windows. A washer and a dryer are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. A pack and play and booster high chair are available upon request. There is a back patio with a table and chairs to enjoy a cozy dinner. Additionally, there is a peaceful front garden and a grass area in the side yard where you can play lawn games. We also have board games available such as Boggle, Pictionary, Sequence... A single blow up mattress is also available upon request. You may watch Netflix and other services with your own account on our smart TV. The place is professionally cleaned before every stay following the cleaning and sanitizing protocol given by Airbnb. Other things to note Beside the private parking (2 cars) reserved for you next to the house, there is free street parking except on Thursday morning for street cleaning.
