Downtown Pittsburgh: 20 min drive PIT Intl Airport: 15 min drive The space This home was a former carriage house to one of the stately Victorians on Broad Street. The first floor has an open floor plan which includes a fully-equipped kitchen, powder room, dining area, and living room. The second floor features one queen bedroom, one full bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, and one bedroom with one twin bed. There is also a full bathroom (shower only), washing machine, and dryer. At the house, you'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, high speed WiFi, Sonos speakers, two fire pits, and a doggy door with an enclosed area. Guest access Guests have full, private access of the property. Other things to note Neighborhood - The home is located on a quiet, residential street. Please respect our neighbors! Quiet time from 10pm - 7am. Kitchen - Nicely equipped with essential pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. We proudly offer Nespresso coffees and Harney & Sons teas in our caffeination station. There is a toaster and microwave. Bathrooms - Shower stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, as well as extra towels. Forgot toiletries? There is a Rite-Aid located right up the street. Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a comfortable mattress with comfortable linens and down bedding. Work Space - There are several spaces in the home that are suited to remote work. For a more casual environment, we love working at the kitchen island. Need to take calls away from friends & family? Enjoy working at the desk in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The house is equipped with high speed WiFi. Laundry - There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor. We provide laundry detergent and fabric softener. TV - All TVs are "smart" and are setup with the house Netflix account. Other - Board games located in the armoire in the living room. Have fun! Security - The house has 2 cameras on the entrances that face the exterior of the house. We also have a decibel monitor located outside only. Please note that we take our guests' privacy very seriously and ONLY review video/noise levels if there is an issue.
