Just a reminder this listing does not allow children under 12. Starlink WiFi The space Large spacious unit with open concept and large master bedroom. Custom built furniture composed of a mix of modern and antiques make this space very inviting. Large custom oak and walnut live edge headboards adorn the king and queen size beds. The bungalow is situated on our 12 acre wooded property that we reside on as well. Other things to note This unit is in a structure with two other Airbnb units. All units are private with private entrances on different sides of the building. This unit encompasses 2/3rds of the ground level of the structure. We pride ourselves in offering high quality bedding and linens. We get many compliments about the comfort of our beds and bedding. We ask that guests do not strip the beds. Viewing the linens after a guest departs and before washing provides us with the opportunity to address any accidental spotting that may have occurred during a guest's stay. Should we be unable to remove any stains or there be discoloration due to makeup and/or facial creams, guests will be charged a fee according to our replacement cost. Guests should be advised that bloodied towels and linens are considered a biohazard by Federal Law and must be disposed of in accordance with OSHA regulations. Therefore, guests will be assessed a replacement fee for any bloodied towels and/or linens.
