The space ► VERY IMPORTANT: Water and electricity consumption will be counted in addition (at cost price and on individual Linky meter reading). - Cost of water + electricity = from €5 to €25 per week depending on the season (depending on the use of heating and dryer for example). - The tenant and the owner shall carry out monthly meter readings, calculations and payment of electricity and water.
