Quiet Sanctuary By The Beach

Whether you're seeking a vacation in SF by the beach, a new work-from-home spot or a short-term place to stay when relocating to San Francisco, this is the place. You have a two bedroom house with an office and patio complete with grill and fire pit. And the best part is that Ocean Beach and the Pacific Ocean are seven short blocks away! You'll be right in between GG Park and the SF Zoo, each 1 mile away. This is our retirement retreat, that we want you to enjoy when we can'!! Be our guest! The space Entry, office, laundry and access to patio and back yard are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, living room, dining area, bathroom and kitchen are on second floor. We recently purchased the house, and many amenities are new: king size bed, washer/dryer, grill, fire pit, window treatments, kitchen and entry flooring, windows (after first of year). Stove and refrigerator will be replaced before you arrive. We have added art that is especially vivid on foggy days! There is a SimpliSafe security system that monitors fire and carbon dioxide, but you can set it for entry detection as well. Neighborhood is very safe! High speed Internet and cable TV included. Very large, private backyard and patio! Guest access Parking is in driveway. Walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Close public transit (bus). The garage is excluded from the listing, except to access the back yard, the laundry facilities and supplies. My daughter, who is the day-to-day property manager may stop by during longer stays (greater than a week) to replenish supplies, water plants and use laundry facilities. She will only be in the garage and yard, and we will arrange a convenient time with you. Other things to note We will do everything possible to make your stay perfect.
