Private room with toilet/washing facility, 1st floor in Ratingen-Tiefenbroich. Close to Airport and Messe Düsseldorf. The house is situated in a quiet residential street with sufficient parking. Fold-out sofa bed, lying area approx. 1.30 x 1.90 m. The space The room is a very small but self-contained apartment with living space, toilet and tiny hallway on the first floor. It is in a residential building with 3 more larger apartments. Guest access The guests get a front door and apartment key and are therefore completely independent. During your stay Contact is possible, but not required. I am flexible in terms of time. Other things to note I'm brand new to this platform That's why I ask you to let me know what you expect from me. I also prefer to contact us in writing. I don't keep guarding the phone.
