Perfect for short term and long term stays! ➽This studio is tucked away behind a gate and in a garden/courtyard space. You will have your own private entrance to your unit. There are other AIRBNB guests that live in separate units from you. You may see them in the courtyard/garden area. The courtyard has a fire-table and a BBQ grill. This unit has windows with blinds facing the courtyard. You will share the courtyard and laundry room with other guests. Please be respectful of their stay. ➽You are tucked away behind a private gate but the main street is very busy! Hayward is the “heart of the Bay” but it is very urban. There is a lot of traffic on our road. ➽ We do offer on-site parking. ➽Across the street are on-ramps for Highway 238 leading to Highways 880 and 580. These Highways will take you to San Francisco, San Jose, Palo Alto, and other major cities in the Bay Area. SFO airport is only 35 minutes away and Oakland Airport is only 18 minutes! Please take note that property is next to cannabis dispensary. Guest access Enjoy the ease of an on-premise laundry room free of charge! No quarters required! Washer, Dryer, and laundry detergent provided! The courtyard offers a seating area and a BBQ grill that you are free to use during your stay. In our garden please expect to see a friendly little flying insect called the "California Hover Fly" known as "the gardener's friend" after a good rain. Contrary to it's name, it is not a fly, but a tiny little stingless bee-like pollinator that is wanted by gardeners for their gardens. It even has tiny little yellow stripes like a bee. It is not a pest, and won't bother people. These insects hover in the shade of the garden during the day, and never land on people, food, or surfaces. Please understand that if you leave the screen door of your garden apartment open during the day, some of these benificial Hover Flies might seek shade and hover inside. In this case, they are quite easy to chase out, and they always go back to the trees to sleep in the evenings, so if you leave your screen open they naturally leave. Other things to note This Airbnb is located in a garden with other units that are booked by other Airbnb guests. You will likely see pets and guests wandering about. Please also note construction is happening on the property and roadwork is being done on the street. Please be aware of possible noise obstruction and difficulty pulling in/out of the driveway. However, parking on property is still possible.
