_Double Bed - Ensuite in Loanhead, NR Edinburgh

This double bedroom with ensuite (private bathroom) is facing the front of the property. This room has a large window that provides lots of natural light but there is a roller blind if you prefer the room to be darker. The bedroom has a keypad/lock to enter the room. The space The room hosts a double bed, built in mirrored wardrobes and has it's own private bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is carpeted so I do ask guests to remove their shoes for this room. There is ample hanging storage, drawer space and cube unit. There is no TV at this time due - sorry! Guest access Guests are offered the accommodation on a room only basis. The hallway and additional bathroom (with more shower space 1200 x 700) are the shared areas. During your stay I love welcoming new guests, some times it's difficult to meet and greet when guests are staying for a night or two due to work and family commitments but I'm always available via Airbnb messages or What's App. Unless something is urgent messages won't be responded to between 10 pm and 7am. Other things to note The kitchen is not shared and there is no access to a Fridge, microwave, oven or any other appliance other than a kettle that is provided in the room. This is due to insurance reasons and appliances not being PAT tested. We have a small puppy, Ozzie. He is 30 months old and he’s a Lhasa Apso. Please ensure the door isn't left wide open when you aren't at the door.
