New cottage on unique estate with pool

The "Casa Saudade" is a small farmhouse that has been extensively restored. Quiet in the countryside, in fantastic nature and only 20 minutes from the sea, it is one of three houses of the Estrella Montés estate. The luxury cottage has 2 bedrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen, lots of space and light. The view into the garden is magnificent. The cottage includes a terrace in the private courtyard, outdoor shower, hammock and outdoor bed. The magnificent pool of the estate invites you to swim. The space During the restoration, the original structure of the farmhouse was maintained. One bedroom is on the ground floor with double bed and air conditioning, the other upstairs with double bed and air conditioning. The upper room is accessible via the original old stone staircase and has a balcony from which you can see the sea on clear days. The beautiful new bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a shower, the toilet is separate. The spacious open kitchen also meets all requirements for hobby cooks: an oven under the old fireplace, stove and dishwasher. The spacious living room has air conditioning for cooling or heating in winter, a sofa and a dining table. Right in front of the house is your private courtyard with its own terrace, a cozy hammock court under the fig tree and a large open-air double bed for summer, so you can sleep under the unique starry sky on warm nights. The pool of the estate is also available to the guests of Casa Saudade. In the courtyard of Casa Saudade, there is also an outdoor shower to be able to refresh yourself wonderfully on hot Algarve summer days. The pool can also be heated on request for a weekly fee of 200 euros, so that it can also be used wonderfully in the cooler seasons. On the large property you will not feel disturbed, the houses are spatially separated from each other and everyone has their privacy. Guest access The property is fenced, an automatically opening gate leads to the grounds where you can park comfortably. A rental car is essential here in the countryside. The walk to the village takes about ten minutes. Here there is a village pub with the most delicious toasts in the whole Algarve - promised! In a small shop you can buy the most important things for everyday needs. The bread baker also comes by here every day. The nearest supermarkets are located in Boliqueime and Loulé in approx. 10 minutes by car. In Loulé, there is a daily market in the historic market hall with fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. Other things to note - High-quality bedding, as well as hand, bath, pool and beach towels are included in the price free of charge. - Free high-speed Wi-Fi is of course at your disposal. - If you are our guest for more than 7 days, you will receive weekly free cleaning of Casa Saudade with a change of linens All bookings are subject to payment of the city tourist tax.
