Capacity for up to two guests in the room, with: - Single bed - Extra mattress - Desk - Wardrobe with hangers - Bedding included The space The house is located in an upscale, quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It is 1 km from the entrance to UFPR, 200 m from Uespar and 1 km from downtown. Currently, I live here with a dog that stays only in the outdoor space of the house.
