Located in Fallbrook, where the sea meets the mountains! Our detached guest house is on 4 acres, fully fenced and on a gated private Estate. With stunningly gorgeous views and clear skies for stargazing! The clean, boho decor gives a modern feel while the home is nestled an eucalyptus farm. Sit on the patio surrounded by palms trees and enjoy the afternoon coastal breeze. Less then 8 mins to downtown, wedding venues, wineries, hiking, restaurants, golf, casinos, beaches and much more! The space Located all the way at the top of the hill! Behind the private gated entrance, there are stunning views no matter which direction you look. Inside the fully fenced guest house yard you will find a nice grass area and a stunning "secret garden" like feel, as stepping stones lead off to the back patio. The patio has a bbq/grill and two lounge chairs and a bistro set for 2. The large primary bedroom has a cal king bed, double closets, a full length mirror and a 55 smart inch TV. It is a very spacious and inviting room with a chair for additional seating and luggage stands in the closet! The 2nd bedroom is smaller and has a queen bed. Both rooms share 1 bathroom located in the hallway. There are hooks everywhere for toiletry bags and towels. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking and includes a keurig coffee maker and a stove top espresso maker. The kitchen host bar top and seating between the kitchen and living room area. There is seating for 4 around the bartop. The living room has a sofa and an apple tv with complimentary Netflix. All linens are provided. There is a high chair and extra bar stools stored in the primary bedroom closets. A pac and play is available upon request. 8 mins for dowtown Fallbrook, 20 mins to Old Town Temecula, 30 mins to Oceanside. 45 minutes to San Diego zoos, Guest access Remote keypad for self check in and for the main gate as well. There is designated, free parking in the private driveway located directly in front of the guest house. Guest will receive a 5 digit code for their personal use to enter the main gate. Other things to note Entire property is fenced with gate, please let us know when you arrive so we can bring the dogs in. You have your own, separate fenced area around the Guest House. Pets are welcome for a fee. $75 per pet. Max. 3 If you have a cat, please inquire for our cat fee. (Service & emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to booking) Pet Fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals in which the animals are never left behind without the owner. Evidence that the animals were left behind will result in the pet fee being charged. Please note that in California, pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 (and/or up to six months imprisonment).
