It's chic and vibey, has views from every room, and offers plenty of outdoor space. Ideal for relaxing vacations or working visits. Convenient to the Studio District, Hollywood Sign, and the freeway. Weekly professional housekeeping is included; fine luxury bedding and linens are standard. The space Private, gated, and sunny, this is the quintessential Hollywood Hills retreat. Breathtaking ultra-panoramic views, including the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and Downtown LA to Palos Verdes. Perched above a quiet street, the secure property has abundant single-level outdoor space offering a pool, spa, BBQ with dining area and plenty of seating. There’s an architectural detached office space and a relaxing wildflower garden. Pets with pre-approval. WiFi. Apple TV. Security system. This is not a guest house or part of another property. The pool utilizes a copper/zinc ionization system and is low-chlorine. There is an outdoor shower. Plenty of street parking is available. Two queen-size luxury beds (Duxiana, with high-quality linens). Both bedrooms rooms have large empty closets with plenty of hangers. Well equipped kitchen with filtered drinking water. There's a gas stove and oven, microwave, air-fryer, rice cooker, and three types of coffee makers. (Sadly, no automatic dishwasher.). You'll also find a large-capacity clothes washer and dryer. Some pets are allowed, but only if arrangements are made before booking and only under certain conditions. The home is above the street, and there are steps (32) from the street to the front door. The neighborhood is excellent for walking/hiking. Entire home and outdoor grounds. Minimum stays. $150/wk to heat pool with gas. Solar and spa heat is no charge. Please do not contact me for events. Other things to note No diving or jumping into the pool. Adults must be present at all times. The pool can be heated with gas for additional fee of $150/week. (Solar heating is free).
