Adalbert's Suite

I offer a fully renovated 1 + kk studio (40 m²) in Brno-Slatina, just 80 m from the bus stop (lines 31 and 78) with a 15-minute ride to the city center or to the Olympia Shopping Center. Night bus 96 stops 500 meters from the house. Free parking is available. I live right next door and I'm happy to help if you need be. 👉 Before arrival, it is necessary to complete the online check-in and pay the local fee for the stay according to the decree of the city of Brno. 🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦 The space The apartment is part of a family house in a terraced development and has its own separate entrance, so it offers full privacy. Inside you will find a small kitchen with basic equipment, a fridge and a coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washer and dryer. An iron and a small ironing board are also available for guests. In the living area there is a cozy double bed that is rather softer, so please take this comfort into account when choosing accommodation. There is also a large TV with access to several streaming platforms and more than 100 online TV channels. The apartment is located near a busy road, which ensures very good transport accessibility to the city center and the surrounding area. However, the apartment has new triple-glazed plastic windows that significantly reduce noise from the outside, so the stay remains comfortable. Because it is a terraced house, there are other neighbors living in the area who run their normal households. Please note that I cannot influence or be responsible for their behavior or possible noise, as I am not informed about these activities in advance. The house is usually quiet, but sometimes neighbors may do minor work or maintenance in their apartments. Thank you for your understanding and consideration for the other residents of the house. Guest access The apartment has an entrance from the street that leads to a common corridor with access to individual units. The keys are stored in a lockbox directly at the front door of the house, not at the gate. The code will be sent to you automatically the day before your arrival – after completing the online check-in and paying the local fee.
